Ordering from backmarket has been the biggest joke. I've ordered a phone about 2 months ago as mine broke and thought I was going to receive it a week later. Turns out I spent 1 month and a half without a phone dealing with the post and backmarket customer service... Once I finally got a refund and ordered a new Iphone I got a white instead of a black that I paid extra for and the phone hasn't been cleaned at all... Anyway it's one of the most disapointing purchase I've made.

I am new here and I was really skeptical about Back Market but I gave it a try. Now, the iPhone XS Gold B grade that I ordered came and it was outrageously great! It only has 83% battery but the outside of the product is so clean! I never expected that. Great job guys! Hopefully the device would last.

Hi, this is my second purchase and this time I ordered an A Rank iPhone XS Max. When it came, I was in awe because it is super clean, it's like a brandnew iphone out of the box. What's more awesome is the battery which is 100%! Almost like buying it brandnew. One issue though is the screen. When I tried to compare it to the iPhone XS and my other iPhone XS Max, there's a slight pinkish color when the screen is lit in full. I know it's an OLED still because the black color is totally dim like an off device, but when the screen is in full nits brightness, it has this slight pinkish glow. It doesn't affect the usage though, but I was just wondering what happened to the screen in high brightness having a slight pinkish glow. But then again, if something happens I will let you guys know. Overall it was an awesome experience and an awesome reasonable price for the device.
