I was anxious until it arrived. However, when the product arrived and I checked it, there were no scratches at all, and the battery was 100%. It was no different from an A-grade (lol). I'm not an agent for Back Market, but it comes with a 1-year warranty, and I think it's a company you can buy from with peace of mind.
