I got an excellent phone. It came with a Battery life of 100% which was really surprising. Cameras are beautiful. No scratches or anything wrong with the phone so far. I will say, if you have a physical sim and want to switch to an ESIM, be warned that it takes a while to transfer - up to 2 business days (at least with the provider I’m with) the phone is awesome and came fairly quick. I highly recommend Back market to buy your refurbished phones.

My old iPhone - the XS - was starting to act up (Took ages to call someone and often the calls would fail, apps and site pages took forever to load. Tried numerous restarts and updates, but I think it had just reached the end of its days. I bought it as a refurb in Feb 2021, so it lasted nearly 4 years). So, I decided to upgrade. The iPhone 14 seemed a good alternative - not too expensive and still "young" enough to be useful. Ordering and delivery was super quick - bought the phone on 4 Dec and it was delivered on 6 Dec, with regular tracking updates telling where it was. Transferring everything over from my old phone to my new one was easy, given it was iPhone to iPhone. The 14 itself works very well and I have had no issues so far. The look and feel is great and it is very responsive. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. Would recommend it and Back Market. :)

So far phone seems ok. The issue is I paid for an ‘excellent’ condition phone but received one with the sticker still attached which graded it good! Immediately contacted support who, honestly felt like they were trying to fob me off, its the wrong sticker etc, eventually offered a $25 refund which I highly suspect is not the difference in price between a good and excellent phone. Also I understand that phones are checked etc when testing but you would think the phone would have been erased before sending out? No start up screen for either of the two phones I bought? After having bought refurbished phones elsewhere for last few years this was a first!
