The device's exterior condition was not of Excellent condition. It had black marks and scratches. I contacted support who offered a partial $65 refund. Then when playing the machine I noticed the controller had severe joystick drift. I borrowed a friend's controller to make sure I wasn't imagining things, and I was correct. I contacted support who had to contact the seller which took a few days. In the mean time I continued playing and progressing games with my friends controller. The response was I needed to send both the machine and the controller back for inspection and repair/refund. I asked if I could just send the controller back as that is the main issue, and was advised no, the entire machine and controller needed to be sent back. Absolutely ridiculous. I could not be bothered with that process considering I had already progressed with some of the games (and I told support this, but they still wanted the entire machine back). Dumb.
