Phone was in great used condition- absolutely no surprises and very happy with the value for money! Strongly recommend black market for those looking for a reliable second hand phone.

The buying experience is was easy enough, the product however is glitchy and the screen sometimes doesn’t respond. Preloved item am not surprised but still frustrating to say the least.

Thank you Back Market. I'm from Nauru and my item was sent through a freight forwarder so I finally received it on 28th December. I cannot express how surprised I was with how quick it was delivered to my freight forwarder. Though it was for a niece, I can say that it was received in an almost perfect condition. It exceeded my expectations and I would happy to do business with you again. Happy customer

Phone is great very happy, apart from the battery being at 82% and im already thinking of replacing it with quite low performance even at 82. I thought that getting the second grade this would be a bit better.

The phone is not compatible with the change to 4G which is surprising given it’s not the oldest one on here and still paid decent money. I’m pretty annoyed and can’t be left without a phone to return it. A big nuisance and nothing was here to say it would not work properly after 28/10
