I was quite dubious about buying a refurbished phone from an unknown website. I received the phone in pristine condition. I was so pleasantly surprised. If I didn’t know better I would swear it was brand new 100%. I love it. It was professionally well packed. I would highly recommend buying from Back Market. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The Galaxy Watch FE arrived exactly as described in excellent condition, with no visible marks or issues. I first heard about Back Market whilst travelling in Europe very recently. My very old iPhone SE (2020) was slowly dying making my travelling very complicated. Got it in perfect condition. Really happy with the product. Initially ordered a Grey one but they send me a perfect condition Silver one with 93% battery health! Even they sent me a little note mentioning me that. Did not expect to get a one with above 90% battery health. Really happy!

Happily my Galaxy S22 Ultra arrived within a week of my order and it didn't disappoint. This is the first top model phone I have purchased albeit a refurbished one with some minor shallow scratches, which are not visible when it is turned on. Apart from that, the phone works well. Bought it for my 73 year old wife , who is not too tech minded. She has mastered an iPhone and can navigate around it, and has made the transition to the iPad without too much difficulty. She loves the bigger screen and being able to stream various apps to watch sport and movies. The iPad was fantastic value, is quick to charge and holds charge for ages.

This is the second device (iPhone and iPad) I have purchased from Back Market and both have been faultless. Great value for almost up-to-date models that have been refurbished to virtually as-new condition. Both were delivered in a few days from ordering.
