I was quite dubious about buying a refurbished phone from an unknown website. I received the phone in pristine condition. I was so pleasantly surprised. If I didn’t know better I would swear it was brand new 100%. I love it. It was professionally well packed. I would highly recommend buying from Back Market. You won’t be disappointed.

Got it in perfect condition. Really happy with the product. Initially ordered a Grey one but they send me a perfect condition Silver one with 93% battery health! Even they sent me a little note mentioning me that. Did not expect to get a one with above 90% battery health. Really happy!

This is the second device (iPhone and iPad) I have purchased from Back Market and both have been faultless. Great value for almost up-to-date models that have been refurbished to virtually as-new condition. Both were delivered in a few days from ordering. The iPhone is near perfect quality with only a few small scratches on the metal rings around the camera lenses. The battery is at 97% health. Really happy with my purchase, would buy again from Oz Mobiles.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one deserves it. Upgraded from a 2013 MacBook Pro and… wow. This 16-inch M1 Pro feels like I went from a loyal old tractor to a silent luxury spaceship. Everything is instant — apps open immediately, multitasking is effortless, and it stays cool and quiet even when I’m doing heavier stuff. Condition was excellent (honestly looks and feels near-new), and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The screen is gorgeous, the keyboard feels great, and the performance jump from 2013 is genuinely night and day. If you’re on an older Mac and wondering if the upgrade is worth it: yes. This thing is a beast, and I’m annoyed I didn’t do it sooner.

This iPhone 15 Plus is so good it’s borderline suspicious. It arrived in perfect condition — like it had been stored in a velvet-lined vault guarded by monks. I upgraded from an XS Max and the difference is honestly unfair… it’s like going from a trusty old ute to a spaceship with feelings. Thank you.

I received my order within two days which was awesome but when I received my iPad it was not set to factory settings so I was confused at first as to why I couldn’t transfer my data from my old iPad. The actual device works great and I’m really happy with it, apart from that one hiccup.

Upgraded my Apple Watch but didn’t want to spend a lot of money so decided to buy refurbished rather than on FB as I have a 12 month warranty and 30 day change of mind. The watch is perfect, condition looks new so very happy with what I purchased.

I was looking for an alternative to purchasing a new phone ( I wanted a Iphone 13 mini) as I did not want to go into a plan with a CSP. I discovered Back Market (B.M) online, read the reviews and decided to give them a try. This is my first time purchasing a refurbished phone, and I am very happy I did. My phone is working wonderfully well and I would say give them a go if you are interested in an alternative to buying new. The phone I chose, looks like new at half the cost. The process was very easy and I had my phone delivered within a few days. Based on my experience I will certainly look to doing this again, when the need arises.
