It works very well after I finally learned how to use it. A few days after it arrived, I couldn't do anything at all with it since there were no instructions. I realise it's the fashion nowadays to avoid printed instructions but that's just illogical. I've gradually learned to use email, and to access the Internet, on the iPhone by typing questions into my laptop. What if I didn't have a laptop? The iPhone would then be useless and a waste of money. If you had provided instructions, your rating would be higher.
