5/5My old iPhone - the XS - was starting to act up (Took ages to call someone and often the calls would fail, apps and site pages took forever to load. Tried numerous restarts and updates, but I think it had just reached the end of its days. I bought it as a refurb in Feb 2021, so it lasted nearly 4 years). So, I decided to upgrade. The iPhone 14 seemed a good alternative - not too expensive and still "young" enough to be useful. Ordering and delivery was super quick - bought the phone on 4 Dec and it was delivered on 6 Dec, with regular tracking updates telling where it was. Transferring everything over from my old phone to my new one was easy, given it was iPhone to iPhone. The 14 itself works very well and I have had no issues so far. The look and feel is great and it is very responsive. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. Would recommend it and Back Market. :)
