1st purchase on back market. The phone was surprisingly good, only 1 little not noticeable scratch near the mute switch. Battery health was 88% and still hold up throughout the day with a light use. Very recommended to purchase a used / refurbished phone through back market

The phone arrived when you said it would. If I didn’t know any different I would think it was a new phone and not a refurbished phone. The only little niggle I have is the life of the battery but then I didn’t expect it to last very long anyway. I am very much enjoying using my “new” phone.

This is the first time I've bought a refurbished iPhone so naturally I had some misgivings. The iPhone I purchased was described as being in GOOD condition so I was expecting some acceptable wear and tear, the phone has arrived and it's in MINT condition. It's been installed and ready to go. A very happy camper. Delivery was quicker than expected and communication was excellent. The phone was expertly packed. Well done! I would recommend Back Market.

I’m glad I was able to choose the iPhone SE 2022 after watching a YouTube ad. It’s great to have access to various options and enjoy a full year of warranty—an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. I haven’t noticed any difference compared to a brand-new device. Back Market is a platform I would highly recommend!

There is no actual way to communicate with the comapany other than through YOUR SET RESPONSES. All of your communication pathways are closed. Iwas very concerned that if anything was of concern that I would not be able to adequately communicate with your support staff

Good easy transaction. I was pleased with my purchase however it only had 83% of battery😩 which is understandable for a two year old phone. So off to Apple and got a new battery fitted while at the same time passing all their checks. Now I have a new phone that will last me for years. Very happy with the process and cost.

My phone arrived promptly, is in excellent condition, and is faster and more capable than my previous phone. The additional storage is very useful. I couldn't be more pleased with it.
