The 16 Pro arrived as indicated on 29 December and is indeed in Excellent condition. It was easy to copy all the data from my old phone to the 16 Pro and everything works well! It is a beautiful piece of equipment and I am very happy with it.

Received my phone after a week. The phone came turned on already and only 20% battery left which was a bit of a pain. The body of the phone is flawless and looks new, the battery health came at 90% which to be honest for a premium phone I thought it would be higher. Overall, very happy with the phone, the camera and the speed is awesome

Works completely fine all aspects are great the battery capacity says 100% but it doesn’t work like 100% it works more like 80-90% but that’s fine considering I bought the lowest option for the battery 9/10 cheap and still get that premium fell

The device did not come in the condition I had requested, numerous scratches on the screen missing top speaker cover with dirt inside of it! A massive scratch on the bottom right of the screen. Hopefully customer service helps me soon.
