    Very happy with purchase, order arrived earlier than expected. Black Market is definitely the place to buy refurbished devices, have used other sellers before and they don't have the quality that Black Market have, will be staying with Black Market for any future purchases.

    My old device was iPhone 12 128 GB and I upgraded into a larger storage, not necessarily a big jump in model but still exceeded my expectations for its price. Battery health is 87%, just enough for my daily needs. Battery lasts 12 - 14 hours with regular use. It also arrived within the delivery period. Product is like a new iPhone -still with that premium feel. Cannot see a scratch at all! This is my second time buying from Back Market (1st was Apple Watch SE 2021), I’m extremely satisfied with both purchases! Highly recommended!

    In most respects, the phone is excellent and good value. My only concern is the description of the screen condition as “flawless” - it has several minor but obvious scratches which was a bit disappointing.

    The phone itself had a flaw. Freezing several times a day for several seconds. Send it back and refund was issued straight away without any fuzz. Unfortunately, a replacement was not available. Great guys to deal with.
