Very happy with purchase, order arrived earlier than expected. Black Market is definitely the place to buy refurbished devices, have used other sellers before and they don't have the quality that Black Market have, will be staying with Black Market for any future purchases.

Phone is great. Haven't had a Samsung since the S9. Had a bunch of cheap Huawei's and Oppo's. The difference is night and day. Highly recommend getting a top a quality phone for less than half the cost

Just love it. Bought my iphone 12 from you several years ago and it was also perfect. Decided on a new one and your service is just excellent. Looks new and acts new!!! Love the pretty pale pink backing. Thank you Black Market. You are the best.

Such an amazing deal. My daughter was getting left behind because of the troubles with her laptop and she wanted a Mac Air and I told her there’s no way I could afford one. Then your site came up - so awesome. I’ll be purchasing one for my son as well in a few weeks.

Came in a timely manner, mostly good condition other than some dirt and pocket lint in the charging port and around the cameras, but overall a good quality refurbished phone. Came with a charger and sim tray tool.

My iPhone mini arrived in perfect condition and works perfectly. The service was great and I am so glad I was able to get a refurbished phone rather than a new one. Highly recommend.

My old device was iPhone 12 128 GB and I upgraded into a larger storage, not necessarily a big jump in model but still exceeded my expectations for its price. Battery health is 87%, just enough for my daily needs. Battery lasts 12 - 14 hours with regular use. It also arrived within the delivery period. Product is like a new iPhone -still with that premium feel. Cannot see a scratch at all! This is my second time buying from Back Market (1st was Apple Watch SE 2021), I’m extremely satisfied with both purchases! Highly recommended!
