5/5I was quite dubious about buying a refurbished phone from an unknown website. I received the phone in pristine condition. I was so pleasantly surprised. If I didn’t know better I would swear it was brand new 100%. I love it. It was professionally well packed. I would highly recommend buying from Back Market. You won’t be disappointed.

5/5I love my iPhone 12 mini. It arrived on time, beautifully packaged and in excellent condition. I have been slow to utilise it because I have not really had one before and I keep needing some help from my son to understand the tech, but it is my first step in the direction. My husband also needs to replace his in the near future so your company will the first he investigates. Many thanks for the great service.
