    The visible condition is like brand new. Nice to have the same model as before, but with higher gigs. Cable transfer from old to new did not work, but wireless did. I still have work to do transferring 2 factor authentications.

    I ordered an iPhone 12 on Sunday evening and received a.message to call Back Market on the Monday afternoon. They advised that the colour I had ordered (purple) wasn’t available, however it could come in that evening. I was given the option to wait until the next day upon which they called back to advise I could choose a different colour or receive a full refund. I chose another colour and it arrived the next day via express post. A bit disappointed that the colour I originally ordered was not available, however fantastic customer service by Back Market. The phone condition was excellent with battery at 100% capacity. Screen in as new condition and also the casing had no visible marks. Would definitely order from Back Market again in the future.

    Purple Ha. ! The Samsung S23 phone may be great, But the colour is NOT. It looks like a pale pink.As an Electrician i had had my eyes tested for colour recognition . Upon further investigation Samsung actually do not call it 'Purple', they call it 'Lavender'. Very disappointed as I was expecting a rich, deep dark colour not an insipid, pale pink colour. Help line were quick to respond, but requesting additional information i.e. IMEi Number. & extra photos.

    Ordered a iPhone 14 Pro 128GB - Gold - Unlocked - Excellent condition. Other than a few cosmetics marks on the back, as well as a battery health of 89%, the phone is good as can be expected for a used iPhone. I deducted one star from the overall rating, not for the phone itself, but for the overall experience, as the advertised delivery date on the website was 9/2, but then was indicated to be as late as 9/9 in the order confirmation email. The phone did arrive on 9/5, which was great, but this did cause delays in travel plans, due to the inconsistent delivery dates that were communicated throughout the purchase process. With all this being said, I would order from BackMarket again, and would highly recommend them to others.
