4/5bought this phone for my wife as her existing iPhone 8 had a battery capacity of 82%. Although the condition of the new one is very good battery max is 88%. She's charging it twice a day, like the old one. I should have had a new battery on her existing mobile phone and saved $100+ and given the refurb iPhone SE 2020 I bought (which arrived with non functioning volume +/- buttons) is dead after 16 months I feel I have wasted the best part of $400. So I don't currently feel like telling people what a great money saving idea a refurbished iPhone is. We've been a customer in the UK and Australia for some seven years now too.
