Yes it arrived quickly, the only confusion was I had a call to advise me there were no pink but would send a blue. When it arrived it was a white one and the packaging wasnt completely sellotaped closed. So initially I thought it may have be tampered with. After opening it appears as it should.

Very happy with the service from Back Market; the process was very easy, ordering and postage very quick. The phone condition was almost flawless as expected, it was running latest iOS which made transfer from previous phone easy and battery health was 100% - I will be a repeat customer for sure.

few scratches here and there for the “excellent„ option, but they are easily hidden so it’s ok. the battery is also kind of whack, but honestly i’m not complaining it’s overall a very good phone and i would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking into buying a refurbished phone.

Ordered black but received white. I don’t care but others might. It wasn’t clean/reset so it took a while for me to set up as he start up process bypassed. Really should send these factory reset Address missed of my unit number but luckily I heard the AUS post guy outside and ran down to meet him Battery 100% as expected as ordered premium

Great condition and service, but iPhone had shaded screen protector attached which means that the screen appears dark when viewed from an angle. Looks like a privacy screen attachement glued on. Not worth the hassle of returning and receiving a replacement, I’ll remove it myself at some point. Just a bit annoying.
