I’m very disappointed with the phone I received. This is not what I paid for. The phone has a lot of visible scratches, and the battery health is only 82%. My first impression was very poor because the condition of the device doesn’t match my expectations. In addition, the charging cable included is not the correct one. I believed the phone would be thoroughly inspected and verified before being sent. It appears that this is coming from a third-party seller, and the quality control is not what I expected. When I made complaint, they gave me a full refund.
