I don’t even understand how they can sell a phone like this. They don’t even check the phone before sending. Nothing works properly, the camera, the charger, the battery, the body itself was broken… I lost 400 dollars for nothing.

The package was delivered very late and I was no longer at the address. When I got back a week later to open the package the whole back of the phone was cracked and damaged. I informed them immediately of this issue, it was 'too late' as it wasn't within 3 days of delivery, even though the only reason I couldn't open the package immediately after delivery was because it was delivered significantly later than I was told.

iPhone 11 128GB - レッド - Simフリー Ｃグレード - アップルバイヤーズ 長年使い倒したiphone7からの乗り換え用に購入しました。 去年家族の急な故障の際にも利用したBackMarketさんを今回も利用。前回同様Ｃグレードとは思えない傷の見当たらない美品でしたので大満足。バッテリーは86％。とはいえ7に比べればそもそもの質量が違うのでまったく不満はありません。十分に使えるものでした。 ただ、気になったのが届いたiPhone11が完全な初期化がされてなかったということです。バックアップから復元させようとしても初期化されていないので出来ず、自分で一度完全初期化させてからのバックアップの復元となりました。更に傷などはない美品ではありましたが、指紋などは拭き取られておらず結構ベタベタとつけられた状態でしたので丁寧にふき取る必要がありました。 それらの点に目を瞑れば大変満足のいく買い物となりました。また次回もBackMarketさんを利用したいと思います。
