2.4/5Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered blue iPhone 14 - excellent condition. I was sent the midnight / navy one (not blue that I paid more for) with sticky stuff and fingerprints all over it. Also few scratches and fluff / dust around charging part, volume buttons etc Went back and forth with customer service about my options. Return or keep for a partial refund. The refund just about covered the extra I had already paid for the blue colour. They eventually agreed to refund an extra $30 for the inconvenience and condition of phone which was not up to standard. It’s been a week with the phone and every day we keep getting a temp warning / wait for phone to cool down even though it’s not hot ?!? Also getting error messages about unrecognised parts. Ready to send this POS back. Won’t buy off BackMarket again and wouldn’t recommend. Shipping was quick, that was the only positive but shipped the wrong item. Battery health was 100% but must be a dodgy battery from what I’m reading about the temp warning.
