Great laptop. Works fast and basically brand new. Don’t care for minor aesthetic damage so this was a fantastic purchase. Always go refurbished to save a few $$$

The MacBook Air I purchased looks fantastic — cosmetically it’s basically like new, and it runs perfectly. Overall, I’m really happy with it. That said, I do have two small gripes. The condition was listed as excellent, but the battery health is below 85%. While that’s not terrible, I would have expected at least 90% or a replacement battery to truly match the “excellent” description. A very minor point — the laptop arrived completely flat. It would’ve been nicer to receive it with some charge, though this is more nitpicking than a real issue.

Absolutely perfect for my needs!. The Air is quite a lot lighter to carry around which is important to me as when my old Pro was in the zip case, along with the charging cable, mouse etc it was surprisingly heavy. I cannot find fault with anything regarding this unit. I am an older user who takes my Mac with me when visiting and the price of this unit meant I could replace my Pro without the enormous expense of a new unit. THANK YOU.

I bought a MacBook in fair condition. there are no scratches no dints and the charger looked brand new. Mousepad is in great condition, keys look great space bar has a little bit of ware on it but besides that everything is perfect. MacBook was delivered in just under a week of purchasing.

Very happy with my MacBook Air, not a single mark is on the laptop and it works great. Only issues I have is that I can’t change the region to anywhere within Australia so that I can use the calendar or reminders apps - but I love the laptop!

Product is "Good", not "Excellent". A few minor scratches which is no issue. I was surprised to experience the spinning beach ball even for a 2 year old Apple device, so it's a little unresponsive. I guess this is what I've learnt in buying (my first) refurbished MacBook.

My new MacBook Air arrived and exceeded expectations. I purchased a product rated as ‘good condition’ but received an excellent condition (reconditioned) laptop. Thanks so much!

Purchased this about 3 weeks ago, i had doubt before since this is not a new product but few of my friends already bought products from Back Market before and so far they satisfied with the purchase so i gave it a go and so far so good. I kinda need this urgent so i decided to buy and i may say i'm quite satisfied with the purchase as well.

My Macbook Air is going well, however battery life is a bit of a concern. I will see how it goes for the next week or so? Thank you, Martin Ball

Utterly delighted with this little lappy - she's working an absolute treat, battery life for days, quick and nimble. And for 'good' condition, I'm absolutely chuffed.
