I can’t say enough good things…. Quality of product was incredible (we purchased “excellent” condition) The only thing that I could pick up was a tiny bit or ware on the space bar. The MacBook Air I purchased looks fantastic — cosmetically it’s basically like new, and it runs perfectly. Overall, I’m really happy with it. That said, I do have two small gripes. The condition was listed as excellent, but the battery health is below 85%. While that’s not terrible, I would have expected at least 90% or a replacement battery to truly match the “excellent” description. A very minor point — the laptop arrived completely flat. It would’ve been nicer to receive it with some charge, though this is more nitpicking than a real issue.
