I purchased the ‘fair condition’ version of the 2017 MacBook Pro last week and was so incredibly happy with the product I received! Despite the minor and hardly noticeable signs of use, the laptop looks, feels and operates like it’s practically new. Additionally, the quality of service and updates from the back market team was also very helpful and helped put my mind at ease. I find it very hard to source a reliable and efficient second hand technology store without feeling some sense of dread, but back market definitely rose to the challenge and surpassed my expectations. It also arrived earlier than anticipated - so a definite plus. Will definitely be coming back here again in the future.

This is the third supposedly refurbished MacBook Pro 2019 that has been sent to me in the last 6 months here in Australia and all have had an issue which has forced me to return for either repairs or refund. Not sure they are actually refurbishing these computers or just passing them along. This is so opposite to what I've experienced from Back Market in the US. Very disappointed to date for having spent so much time and money trying to get a working computer. First one had a faulty keyboard, second one had a malfunctioning bass speaker and third one overheats when shut down and connected to a charger. In process now of returning for repair or refund this latest one. So sorry to have to give a less than satisfactory review.

Very happy with the condition of the laptop, though it came with a few scuffs and dirty marks which were easy enough to wipe off. The charging cable was also a little dirty, but easy to clean. The delivery was fantastic. It came 2 days after I ordered it, standard delivery, a whole 3-4 days sooner than expected.

The function of the macbook is excellent, keyboard/screen/speakers have no faults. Specs were correct. There was some minor rough edges on the corners and some old stickers have blemished the case, commonly used keys a little worn down, so, I would call overall condition "good" to "very good" but maybe not excellent. Will buy again from Black Market. I am happy with the purchase.

Absolutely perfect for my needs!. The Air is quite a lot lighter to carry around which is important to me as when my old Pro was in the zip case, along with the charging cable, mouse etc it was surprisingly heavy. I cannot find fault with anything regarding this unit.
