The battery improved after a battery replacement, but although the battery was marked at 84%, it was unusable because it was running down unusually fast. (It ran out of charge faster than the same device I own with a 64% battery.) Other than that, it was very good.

I used to use it as a sub-machine with a low-cost SIM, and it worked fine for everyday use, but then a problem arose and I decided to replace it with a new one. The product is so beautiful and in such good condition that it could be mistaken for a new one, and I use it while swapping SIMs with my iPad mini.

Battery life, touch response and centre button response are good. The battery was 16 GB, but the capacity was still low. There was no capacity for apps or OS upgrades. The following is my opinion about this email from your company, not about the product. The email asked for feedback on the product, but there was only a banner below it that said "Click here to contact us" and no banner for "Comments and reviews". If you click on the "Contact us here" banner, you get to this review screen. If you are asking for feedback and reviews, it would be better if the banner was worded in that way. This was the second email I received from them, the first one I ignored because I had no query, but I think there are people who ignore them with the same thought.
