The iPhone is near perfect quality with only a few small scratches on the metal rings around the camera lenses. The battery is at 97% health. Really happy with my purchase, would buy again from Oz Mobiles.

I mean the device it self was looking good, but it started overheating and i couldn't hear the ringtone when people called, however the service is good, i have returned the phone and now waiting for a replacement

Phone as described in excellent condition. would have been nice to know it had a non genuine battery replacement

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered blue iPhone 14 - excellent condition. I was sent the midnight / navy one (not blue that I paid more for) with sticky stuff and fingerprints all over it. Also few scratches and fluff / dust around charging part, volume buttons etc Went back and forth with customer service about my options. Return or keep for a partial refund. The refund just about covered the extra I had already paid for the blue colour. They eventually agreed to refund an extra $30 for the inconvenience and condition of phone which was not up to standard. It’s been a week with the phone and every day we keep getting a temp warning / wait for phone to cool down even though it’s not hot ?!? Also getting error messages about unrecognised parts. Ready to send this POS back. Won’t buy off BackMarket again and wouldn’t recommend. Shipping was quick, that was the only positive but shipped the wrong item. Battery health was 100% but must be a dodgy battery from what I’m reading about the temp warning.
