The actual delivery date was later than the estimated delivery almost a week. The phone is good though with no big problem currently and has a battery percentage of more than 95%. I would say that this is pretty good.

Item came a little later than expected, but the product is pristine with no exterior damage that i can find. The phone works great and is exactly what it said it was going to be.

There were no instructions leads or chargers in the box. I think they should come with the purchase.

Wrong color, wrong grade. I decided to send it back and after 4 days, Back Market told me I would received a refund as CellAphone doesn't have it in stock anymore. Went to main page to order another one, and what a surprise to see that this seller is still selling the model I ordered 3 weeks earlier. So are they lying and trying to get rid of some models they cannot sell ? Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this seller if you don't want to waste your time. Hopefully, the Back Market team is around to help you as much as they can.

The phone sound did not work even though it was sold as excellent working order. I then had a back and forth on getting my refund. Now by second phone also has problems. Really disappointed with the items.
