I am very happy with my phone! Had a few paint chips and 92% battery health, otherwise perfect. For the price it's definitely worth it than buying a brand new phone. Will continue to buy refurbished phones

The phone came quickly and is in a great condition. I'm an Android user and I only bought it to control my kids Apple Watch so it is switched off most of the time and therefore I can't comment on battery life or general performance. But, it does what I need it to do and I'd definitely be looking back here for my next Android phone.

The phone looks great and appears to work ok - only problem is it's described as unlocked, but it is actually locked and I can't set it up. Unfortunately when I go through troubleshooting on the website, my only option appears to be to get it repaired or get a refund - unless I'm missing something, there's no option to speak to anyone who might be able to resolve the issue without having to send it back.

I love my iPhone 12 mini. It arrived on time, beautifully packaged and in excellent condition. I have been slow to utilise it because I have not really had one before and I keep needing some help from my son to understand the tech, but it is my first step in the direction. My husband also needs to replace his in the near future so your company will the first he investigates. Many thanks for the great service.

The phone I ordered arrived promptly. Super condition. My problem now is to transfer data etc from the old Motorola Android to the Apple.

Easy purchase, prompt delivery. Phone is in better condition than described. So much better than buying new. Great stuff.
