Keep saying that refund has been issued for the return of goods, however, money never deposited back to the customer' bank account. Why? I got another refund from the merchant of China, later and further, but refund has been received just in two working days, what a big difference ! This local merchant has no intention to solve the problem. I have to report to Paypal and Westpac Bank individually. No more trust.
