3/5Ordered iphone 128gb Red from back market. Received a cosmetically great iphone with a japanese sales region. No issue there. Phone shipped via CellAPhone. No issues there. But 81% battery health and face id not working. Have tried to get in contact but navigating the help system on back market is frustrating and full off “oops..we can’t help you “ screens. Please help me. Thanks.
