5/5I ordered an iPhone 12 on Sunday evening and received a.message to call Back Market on the Monday afternoon. They advised that the colour I had ordered (purple) wasn’t available, however it could come in that evening. I was given the option to wait until the next day upon which they called back to advise I could choose a different colour or receive a full refund. I chose another colour and it arrived the next day via express post. A bit disappointed that the colour I originally ordered was not available, however fantastic customer service by Back Market. The phone condition was excellent with battery at 100% capacity. Screen in as new condition and also the casing had no visible marks. Would definitely order from Back Market again in the future.

5/5I'm extremely happy with my phone purchase. The refurbished iphone 12 had a new 100% (charge) battery and the phone was in great condition (like new), not a scratch or mark anywhere. The phone also arrived quickly, such prompt shipping. I would definitely purchase from this company again. Highly recommended.

4.8/5Returning customer. Prompt delivery, good price and the phone is in very good condition. Battery 100%. I would have liked more protective packaging in the mailer box, but apart from that it is an excellent service that I will definitely use again.
