It’s for 90 year old mum. iPhone 11 is the least expensive model providing Assistive Access - I’ve set up for her - she only gets calls from people on her favourites list. She cannot delete or accidentally move things. The volume is toggled and it streams via blue tooth to her hearing aid. Really worthwhile

the delivery time was fast. The box was crumpled on one corner but the phone appears not to be damaged as it was wrapped in a sufficient amount of bubble wrap. The phone is lovely and the battery is capable of charging to 100% unlike my previous phone which was old and could only manage 78%. iPhone 11 has features that are no longer supported by Apple. I couldn't message anyone because Apple has stopped that function. I use messaging about 50-60% of the time. This means the phone is not for me. I checked with a tech who said Apple want people to buy a later model so they block functions on older phones. I lost all my data and photos on a previous model for no reason. I now believe - in light of the revelation - that it was deliberate. I have returned this phone for a refund and won't be buying iPhones in the future.
