4.8/5I got an excellent phone. It came with a Battery life of 100% which was really surprising. Cameras are beautiful. No scratches or anything wrong with the phone so far. I will say, if you have a physical sim and want to switch to an ESIM, be warned that it takes a while to transfer - up to 2 business days (at least with the provider I’m with) the phone is awesome and came fairly quick. I highly recommend Back market to buy your refurbished phones.

5/5The phone arrived well packaged in good time. It had a tiny tiny little mark on the edge of the case and a very faint scratch on the screen, which you could only see when the phone was held in a particular position. Neither the screen nor the case are a concern and both are invisible now after adding a screen saver and phone case. The phone works perfectly and the battery health is 100%. I can highly recommend Back Market iPhones and will be happy to buy another in the future.

4.4/5Ordered a iPhone 14 Pro 128GB - Gold - Unlocked - Excellent condition. Other than a few cosmetics marks on the back, as well as a battery health of 89%, the phone is good as can be expected for a used iPhone. I deducted one star from the overall rating, not for the phone itself, but for the overall experience, as the advertised delivery date on the website was 9/2, but then was indicated to be as late as 9/9 in the order confirmation email. The phone did arrive on 9/5, which was great, but this did cause delays in travel plans, due to the inconsistent delivery dates that were communicated throughout the purchase process. With all this being said, I would order from BackMarket again, and would highly recommend them to others.

4.6/5Purchase process was easy on website and price was comparable to other refurb sites that we considered. Item arrived packaged well and as described in excellent physical condition. Phone looked brand new with only minor signs of wear. The only thing that I noticed was that the battery health percentage was at 87% which was a little lower than I would want for an “excellent” refurb phone. Overall though, very happy with the purchase so far and the phone seems to be working well for our teen son.
