    Paid around nearly $1100 with the battery health level at 89 % big scratches on screen and back. They didn't do refurbished work on the phone. Camera lenses are also scratched. It would have been better if buy from Facebook market place. I don't recommend them to anyone.

    Purchased an iPhone 14 Pro 1000gb. All seemed to work well, however within a month of use I received a notification regarding the camera hardware on the phone. The message shows that the camera is not working properly or is not a genuine apple part. I tried using the camera on the iPhone and the 3x zoom and some other zoom functions are not working. I tried signing in to get customer assistance however the website is not displaying my order when signing in. It seems technical assistance can only be provided once signed in and an order is selected. Quite disappointing

    I have experienced the worst delivery conditions with you so far. If I hadn't asked about the delivery status after a week of not hearing anything, nothing would probably have happened with my order. I can understand that if AU Post loses the parcel, you are in a difficult situation. But with a $1200 purchase, I expect better communication.     Cグレードでしたので、多少のキズやバッテリー容量の劣化はある程度覚悟していたのですが、本体に微細なキズも目視ではほぼ確認できず、バッテリー容量も94%でした！ 購入時のiPhone14Proの1TBのフリマサイトや販売店などの中古相場より安く買えたと思います。 箱等の付属品は無かったですが、社外製の新品のライトニングケーブルを同梱していただいており、こちらのショップ様のホスピタリティに感服いたしました。
