I got an excellent phone. It came with a Battery life of 100% which was really surprising. Cameras are beautiful. No scratches or anything wrong with the phone so far. I will say, if you have a physical sim and want to switch to an ESIM, be warned that it takes a while to transfer - up to 2 business days (at least with the provider I’m with) the phone is awesome and came fairly quick. I highly recommend Back market to buy your refurbished phones.

Ordered a iPhone 14 Pro 128GB - Gold - Unlocked - Excellent condition. Other than a few cosmetics marks on the back, as well as a battery health of 89%, the phone is good as can be expected for a used iPhone. I deducted one star from the overall rating, not for the phone itself, but for the overall experience, as the advertised delivery date on the website was 9/2, but then was indicated to be as late as 9/9 in the order confirmation email. The phone did arrive on 9/5, which was great, but this did cause delays in travel plans, due to the inconsistent delivery dates that were communicated throughout the purchase process. With all this being said, I would order from BackMarket again, and would highly recommend them to others.

Phone looked brand new with only minor signs of wear. The only thing that I noticed was that the battery health percentage was at 87% which was a little lower than I would want for an “excellent” refurb phone. Overall though, very happy with the purchase so far and the phone seems to be working well for our teen son.
