at first it was very great, looked brand new. but after a day or two, notifications kept popping up and couldn't click out of it. pretty much was locked out of the phone then. after looking online and resetting the phone, it worked again and so far has been working well since then.. maybe a week or two.

I won't lie I was kinda unsure if I should buy the phone because an iphone 11 pro in excellent condition for $376 seemed a bit too good to be true. Upon arrival i was surprised, the phone looked completely new. BUT, when setting up the phone i ran into a problem with updating the phone to the latest IOS, but with some help from going onto BackMarket and troubleshooting in which they actually helped me resolve the updating issue, I think this phone is completely new and absolutely worth the price.

As it was a C grade, I had some idea of the scratches on the unit, but it was disappointing that it was a scratch on the display. I wish I had been able to identify the problem area before purchasing. Also, the battery ran out on arrival, the battery could not be charged at all even if the cable was plugged in, and when the plug was cleaned with a toothpick, a lot of dust particles came out. The LCD and back are scratch-free and there are only 2.3 scratches on the top of the sides, which are not visible when covered and do not bother me.
