Hi I have received the phone and have been using it for the last 2 days - there are significant issues with the phone. The camera is not right and the touch screen doesn't work half the time. I would like to please arrange a replacement and will send this one back to you.

事故でスマホが破損し至急後継機が必要でした。到着は早かったです。助かりました。見た目は新品同様、キズ等も全く気になりません。とても綺麗です。バッテリーの持ちも良いです。ただ、電源が突然落ちるので不具合品ではないかと… 置いていたスマホを手に取ると電源が落ち使用中に向きを変えると電源が落ち気づいたら電源が落ちている。この事象について修理を依頼する必要があると思いますがまず本体をBMさんへ送る必要があるようで。私は代替機を持っていないので修理には出せません。電源が落ちたら立ち上げる、非常に今の所はこれで対応しています。
