It was a great transaction . The phone colour selected became unavailable, but we were contacted and alternative was agreed. The phone is like new ( if it wasn’t new ) Another successful transaction !!

Postage was extremely fast as it arrived within a couple of days . The iPhone is perfect . I picked the excellent quality and there is not a single mark on it . Absolutely perfect . I will definitely use you guys again . Thanks

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Back Market. The first iPhone 14 Pro I ordered arrived with an “unknown” battery and display. After just one week, the screen went completely black and stopped working. I had to return it and, after a lot of back and forth, finally received my refund - but this left me without a phone for almost a month. I then ordered another phone. This time, the wrong model was delivered (no eSIM slot, which was already frustrating, though I tried to overlook it). Unfortunately, the screen was defective again, showing rainbow effects whenever I used the inner camera. Now I’ll have to send this second phone back as well. Back Market won’t refund me for the two screen protectors I had to buy and waste during this process, and it adds to the frustration of the whole experience. This has been exhausting and disappointing. I’ve bought refurbished phones before and never had these issues, but after this I will never order from Back Market again. Next time, I’ll buy directly from Apple.

Been very happy with my recent purchase of my iPhone 14 Pro had no issues changing over from my old phone and works like new . Recommend this company for future buys definitely.

Unfortunately I had to return the phone due to functionality issues detailed below. I requested a replacement, or a refund if the seller could not provide a replacement that would fix these issues. I promptly received a refund, though without further explanation. The customer service handling the issues was very friendly and helpful though! To summarize issues: Battery: - Poor battery life (100% to 36% in 2h39min screen time) - does not resolve ‘restart and finish repair’ Display: (Perhaps due to non-genuine part issues) - Stutter / jerkiness when scrolling - Screen glitches when swiping right/ left - Auto brightness is extremely erratic, especially at night - When locked the screen randomly dims and brightens constantly - When locked, tap and swipe to wake are unresponsive (they are turned on). Only the side button or raising the phone works - Screen sporadically unresponsive to touch (eg when using chrome web browser)

Wrong colour received, not particularly clean either. Works fine, condition good, but due to needing a phone ASAP and not wanting to go through all the hassle of returning and getting another etc, just kept it. Quick service, works fine but I feel more care needs to be had handling orders and also the cleanliness.

Very happy with my purchase. Phone was in excellent condition and works great. Would recommend Back Market to everyone!

Few more scratches and dents on it than I would have expected from an “excellent” iPhone 14 Pro. Also battery health was 85% which feels a little low. Could not be bothered to send it back though.

Better than expected. I was very skeptical about buying the phone but it had exceeded my expectations which was lovely thank you.

The phone arrived well packaged in good time. It had a tiny tiny little mark on the edge of the case and a very faint scratch on the screen, which you could only see when the phone was held in a particular position. Neither the screen nor the case are a concern and both are invisible now after adding a screen saver and phone case. The phone works perfectly and the battery health is 100%. I can highly recommend Back Market iPhones and will be happy to buy another in the future.
