    Super fast delivery and Phone was in superb condition with no scratches or dents of any kind. I would call it brand new if not for the battery which is at 89%, really good for a refurbished phone. 5* service.

    The phone is flawless, looks and feels brand new, no scratches or any visible damage. Battery health was on 93% which was pretty good. One bad thing was the packaging, the phone was put in a box with no bubble wrap so it just rattled around in it. But overall very impressed with its quality.

    Better than expected! I ordered yesterday arvo (12.30pm) and arrived today at the same time! In IMMACULATE condition with 90% battery health and paid for the price of an iPhone 11! Amazing job BackMarket and I will be back in the future for more goodies! Mwah!

    I ordered a refurbished iPhone which I ordered to be in excellent condition however it had multiple scratches on the screen. I have tried to contact the team however have not had a response yet. It has now been over 2 days and it was said that I would get a response within 24 hours… still waiting
