It’s for 90 year old mum. iPhone 11 is the least expensive model providing Assistive Access - I’ve set up for her - she only gets calls from people on her favourites list. She cannot delete or accidentally move things. The volume is toggled and it streams via blue tooth to her hearing aid. Really worthwhile

Absolutely perfect! The phone was in perfect condition, arrived within the time frame stated even to a rural area, works like a dream. Very happy with purchase. Will definitely be purchasing again. Delivered to Sydney within three days - clean, well-packed phone and charger cable, ready to go. Works well and a great improvement on my old iPhone6S. Good value for money. Could do with some basic first instructions on suddenly having to enter new passwords in a rather new environment. Otherwise excellent service, I would recommend.

as expected there are minimal scratches on the phone which is ok because its refurbished. the battery health is 90% which is really good! so far im loving the phone. no hidden issues at all. also the delivery was early and that made me happy and satisfied with the service. will surely buy again in the future. salute to the seller!

Bought an iPhone from back market and have had no issues with the iPhone but was upsold a case to go with it then was told it was unavailable and wasn’t notified about when the refund came through. Slightly disappointed, sorry

Phone is good but not in perfect condition when I received it there were certain parts of the screen that could not be pressed. Like the letter “i” on the keyboard. So a little bit upset about that as I paid expecting a no flaw phone.

It was an easy transaction, phone was delivered within 2 days and was in perfect condition. No complaints.
