Phone arrived promptly, great service, being a refurnished phone I was quite impressed, could not find any scratches or dings, it looked brand new, battery life 100% very happy, would highly recommend Backmarket for a refurbished phone.

As per the Advertisment I bought the model offers 2 sims + 1 Esim slots but I have received with one sim and one esim slot model

Lack of transparency. The seller lacks communication ability. Phone was supposedly “ excellent” but lots of little scratches on screen. Had we not been travelling overseas in 2 days, I would have requested a refund!

Grade A. It was a beautiful, like-new product with not a single minor scratch. No problems with operation or battery life.
