The delivery was fast, the speed and battery life are excellent and the overall experience is good, however at medium to higher volume, the built-in speaker reproduces distorted sound. This is not what I expected in an over $900 priced phone on a flagship product. Better quality control is needed to make sure that when a product is marked as 'excellent" condition that it actually is.
