Knowing the phone had been tested & battery checked to ensure it was of high qaulity is exactly what I needed as this was a gift for family . The process to purchase was super easy and I even used afterpay which I use alot for retail . Delivery very was great ! A postal tracking number was provided and a signature on delivery was required from the postal company which ment my delivery was safe and secure until it arrived to me in my hands . The phone arrived very quickly. I'm super happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Back Market . Definitely 5 stars.
