Happily my Galaxy S22 Ultra arrived within a week of my order and it didn't disappoint. This is the first top model phone I have purchased albeit a refurbished one with some minor shallow scratches, which are not visible when it is turned on. Apart from that, the phone works well. The phone works fine, after the initial hiccups of the phone service dropping out randomly and trouble shooting that, it has been 100 percent as good as I could expect it to be. This is the second phone I have bought from backmarket now, the first was for my daughter and that one has been perfect too, I will continue to purchase my phones when needed from backmarket until I have a reason not to, but so far its all good.
