First of all, it looks so good you’d never guess it’s second-hand; you could easily mistake it for a brand-new purchase. And, above all, compared to the iPhone XS I used before, the screen is larger and much easier to read. The battery life is also excellent. It charges quickly and has a long battery life. I found out that the product was no longer available in the shop and came across a refurbished product. This was my first purchase and I was relieved that it arrived on time for delivery. There are no problems with the product at all - I don't know if 95% battery is appropriate after a year of use, but it is in good enough condition for use. The exterior scratches are not a concern, rather the fact that I don't have to worry about buying new and getting minor scratches is a plus. 1 year warranty is great as it gives me the same peace of mind as if I had bought new.
