The overall experience with Back Market has been great. I got my phone even before the expected delivery day, and Customer Service was great when I needed to contact them. The phone I got was in perfect conditions but honestly I was a bit surprised to see the battery's maximum capacity was 90% and I notice it "wears out" pretty fast compared to my last iPhone. I guess this is just the luck of the draw (I selected "Excellent" condition, so I'd definitely recommend spending a bit more and going with "Premium" in order to avoid these small issues). But overall, a great experience :)

Ordered the “Good” condition and honestly, it’s near perfect! Only one small scratch on the screen but can’t even see that when it’s on. Battery health is great also at 93%. Have ordered with Back Market in the past and will continue to order through them! Also appreciate the very quick shipping :)
