This is my first refurbished phone, so the jury is still out. Apple says they can’t recognise the screen or the battery, so possibly not genuine Apple parts. Screen freezes occasionally, have to exit and try again, works so far. Overall ok. Considering the price of new Apple phones, I’m still ok with buying a refurbished phone. The condition of the phone was spot on. Delivery was on time. It’s only been a couple of weeks, at this point I’m still a customer of backmarket.

After my order and payment made for a BLUE phone I received a phone call from Back Market saying blue was not available. So I chose green, having seen it as an option. Also not available. You can have any colour as long as its black! Colour's not such a big deal for me fortunately, and I love the phone, just what I wanted.

Overall experience was good, ordered a premium condition iPhone 13 mini and received it almost on time, and in perfect condition with 100% battery life. The only criticism is if you have any concerns outside of their drop down web site options, eg. like not getting an email acknowledgement of your purchase for whatever reason, you can’t call them up to alleviate your concern.
