I was looking for an alternative to purchasing a new phone ( I wanted a Iphone 13 mini) as I did not want to go into a plan with a CSP. I discovered Back Market (B.M) online, read the reviews and decided to give them a try. This is my first time purchasing a refurbished phone, and I am very happy I did. My phone is working wonderfully well and I would say give them a go if you are interested in an alternative to buying new. The phone I chose, looks like new at half the cost. The process was very easy and I had my phone delivered within a few days. Based on my experience I will certainly look to doing this again, when the need arises.

Just great! I updated from an iPhone 6S which served me well for about 9 years. Lately the Lightning charging socket got a bit wobbly, and sometimes failed to charge overnight. So it was time for an upgrade. The screen of the 13 mini is a tiny bit larger than the 6S's, which is preferable for me. Smaller means easier to stay in my pants pocket without falling out. Of course the operating system is more advanced, and faster, with lots to learn and try out.

This is my first refurbished phone, so the jury is still out. Apple says they can’t recognise the screen or the battery, so possibly not genuine Apple parts. Screen freezes occasionally, have to exit and try again, works so far. Overall ok. Considering the price of new Apple phones, I’m still ok with buying a refurbished phone. The condition of the phone was spot on. Delivery was on time. It’s only been a couple of weeks, at this point I’m still a customer of backmarket.
