This was the first time I’d bought a smartphone from Backmarket. I purchased a Grade B unit with a Grade B battery. The smartphone arrived in excellent condition; I really couldn’t tell it apart from a brand-new one. *No instruction manual or box was included with the device. It did come with a charging cable featuring Type-C connectors at both ends. The packaging stated the battery was at ‘96%’, but having used it after a full charge, it actually feels as though it might be even higher.
