I purchased the highest-ranked premium model. There are no scratches on the screen, back, or sides. The battery also charges to 100%. I haven't used the magnetic charging on the back yet, but it charges smoothly. I used a 6a before, so the 9a is a comfortable upgrade with high image quality. So far, there are no issues with its performance. I have it in a sturdy case because I don't want to drop it, but the touch panel and other functions are working perfectly. I chose this model because Google Pixel's odd-numbered models are supposedly the 'lucky' ones. I'm very satisfied with the features and specs of the a-series. Initially, I was hesitant to buy a refurbished product, but it was shipped smoothly, and a beautiful, scratch-free item arrived, so I'm extremely satisfied. I definitely want to use it for two years. My 6a's battery pack swelled after two years, creating a gap between the screen and the body. *The uploaded images were taken with a 6a, so the image quality is lower.

Here's a 2000 yen off coupon code. Please use it. f804eb193396688d I purchased the premium grade, and its appearance is almost indistinguishable from a new product. There are no scratches or signs of use, and I think being able to buy it at this price was quite a bargain. It also came with a bonus (?) glass film, which was great because I could start using it right away. I was worried about the hit-or-miss nature of used smartphones, but this time it was a huge hit. The packaging was also careful, so I could purchase with peace of mind.

Even though it's a refurbished product, it's exactly like new. It even came with a clear protective glass. I was able to buy it cheaply.

It was the first refurbished product I had ever bought, and I happened to have one in Condition Premium. I am very happy with it because it is exactly the same as a new one, but at a much lower price than a new one. I am very happy with the service, and I was able to restore my previous PIXEL 4a within 3 or 4 days after it suddenly stopped working. I would like to use Backmarket again next time.

The Google Pixel 9a is Google’s latest entry-level Pixel for 2025, offering a recognizable clean Android experience and AI-powered camera in a compact, friendly package. While it’s brand new to the Pixel lineup, the 9a continues Google’s practical, user-focused approach—delivering reliable performance and those famous Pixel photo smarts, without the flagship price tag (or attitude).

Key features:

Release Date: May 2025
Display: 6.1-inch OLED, FHD+ (2400 x 1080 px), 120Hz refresh rate
Processor: Google Tensor G3
Camera: 64MP main rear camera with advanced AI features + 13MP ultrawide
Connectivity: 5G support and Wi-Fi 6E
Operating System: Ships with Android 14
Build: Recycled aluminum frame with Gorilla Glass 3 front

Who is this for?

The Google Pixel 9a is a solid pick for anyone who values a straightforward user interface, excellent day-to-day camera quality, and timely software updates. Students, digital minimalists, and everyday users will find its “just works” approach both refreshing and stress-free. Don’t need four cameras and a thousand features you’ll never use? This is the Pixel sweet spot. For those needing true flagship power or more premium build materials, the Pixel 8 or 8 Pro may be better alternatives.

Pros & Cons:

Pros	Cons
Smooth 120Hz OLED display for clear visuals	No telephoto lens, so zoom is limited
Clean Android 14 experience with timely updates	Plastic back means it isn’t as premium-feeling as flagship devices
Excellent AI-driven camera for point-and-shoot results	No wireless charging (finally? Not yet—for the A-series)

Why refurbished?

Choosing a refurbished Google Pixel 9a means less e-waste and more tech for your day-to-day. Every device on Back Market has gone through strict quality checks, so you know it just works, straight out of the box. See how we refurbish phones.
