Ordered at noon on 25/12 and arrived at noon on 27/12. I was surprised at how quickly it was shipped, but I was also surprised at how beautiful the product was. It took a little time to WinUpdate, but otherwise I have nothing to complain about. I will repeat the order as I have other used products that I am interested in.

I bought a B grade product, but there are a lot of scratches on the exterior, and the description of the B grade says that the scratches are not visible when viewed from 50 cm away, but the scratches are clearly visible even when I speak 1 m away. I think it is not a C grade product. It is a pity.

At any rate, it is eight years old, used, and the casing is made of plastic, so it is not grade A like an iPhone. There are scratches and scuffs. However, the LCD has no colour irregularities and is luminous enough, and the software was already included with windows 11pro and office 2019. As I recall, this series is officially supported up to windows 10, and you had to tweak the registry to get 11 in. I basically take it with me and use it to output zoom and powerpoint documents to the big screen, so I think this is enough.

I bought it from a vendor called AI across. The first one arrived with a used SSD (6700 hours of operation) that was not as described, and a corei3 (originally i5) with a faulty earphone jack. When we requested a replacement, Backmarket moved quickly and contacted the vendor immediately. The replacement arrived immediately and when we tried to check the operation, we received a CF-SZ6 with a different model number to begin with and a used SSD with over 8000 hours of operation. I contacted the vendor immediately afterwards and the answer given by the vendor was to replace it with another product (sz6). According to the vendor, it is difficult to get a new SSD. If this is the case, please do not state in the product description (picture) that it has a new SSD in the first place. I would like to use Backmarket in the future, but I don't want to use this vendor.

The keyboard is unresponsive on the lower right side, the DVD tray is full of dust, and the exterior is never grade A. It's covered in scratches.
