Panasonic Let's Note 12" (2018) - Core i5 1.6 GHz - SSD 256 GB - 8 GB

It was cleaner than I had imagined. There were only a few dents on the top panel that you couldn't see if you didn't look closely enough to see that it was used. There were no stains to speak of either. The keyboard was also completely free of any hand marks. I wiped it with anhydrous alcohol just to be sure, but there were no stains on the sheet. I am very satisfied.

It works fine and is very cosy. The only thing is that I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with it, but the product photo shows a DVD drive, but the actual device does not.

It was a C grade, but was very clean with only a scuff on the front left hand corner when typing! There was a misalignment on the keyboard at first, but this was quickly resolved!

I'm happy enough with the way things are going.

There are no problems with the product, such as operation. I bought it with a DVD drive, but it arrived drive-less. I did not contact them because I thought it was my fault for not noticing. I hope there will be no shipping mistakes in the future.

The product image shows a DVD drive, but the actual product does not have one. This is the only point that needs to be borne in mind when purchasing the product.
