I payed for a fast delivery but the item took more than 7 days to arrive… also the item is not working properly the battery doesn’t holds and makes plugged and unplugged noises when it charges while I’m not using it. I am very disappointed with my purchase as also the screen shuts down to full black without any notice when there’s still half of battery left

Computer shuts down randomly during work. Need a replacement or refund so we can purchase elsewhere but Back Market will only offer a repair, and we have to send it back meaning the employee is without a device for nearly 2 weeks whilst they fix their own error. Need to buy a new computer to fill in the gap meaning we are out of pocket far more than if we had just bought new from apple. WARNING DO NOT BUY

Mac book stopped working after 1 month. Toke it to apple and they said major defect. Do not buy.

¥35000でグレードBを購入いたしました。早速届いて使用したところ、使用に関しては動作も問題なく快適です。本体には気になる傷はなくて、しっかり正規品の箱で梱包されてました。画面も傷は一切なくて、むしろグレードBで新品同様な感じなので、Aだとどんだけ綺麗なんですか？？！と感嘆いたしました。しっかり中身も初期化されてて、情報セキュリティ関連も安心でした。充電ケーブル、アダプタは黄ばんでましたけど、ちゃんと充電できるのでこちらも問題なしで、私は気にならなかったです。今世紀最大にコスパ良い買い物できました！友人たちにもBack Market様を全力で勧めます！この度は、素敵な商品を届けてくださりありがとうございました！またお買い物させてください！^^
