The quantity of the phone is excellent. The service was fantastic. I will definately use Back Market again.

Exactly what I asked for without problems

Firstly the phone didn't arrive as planned it was 3days late.Then I couldn't make calls from it only messages later I discovered there was a setting which then allowed calls to be made,the touch screen doesn't always sense the feeling so that isn't great,that's it for now.

Awful Im waiting for the order almost 2 weeks because the address was CORRECT and the store put the wrong address for the delivery and I'll have to do the payment without the product. Horrible

こんにちは！ 大変お世話になります。 ご注文いただいたスマホは大きい問題があります。 まず、バッテリーが破損した状態でスマホを受け取り、電源が入らないとわかりました。バッテリーはサービスセンターで交換しました。 スマホの電源を入れた後、別の問題が発覚しました。 SIMカードが接続できなくて、問題を解決する過程で、この問題は、このスマホの過去の使用者がネットワーク事業者へのアクセスを制限し、特定の事業者へのアクセスを放置していたことに関係していることが判明しました。 この問題は、ネットワーク・アクセス・コードを入力することで解決できるが、私はこのコードを持っていません。 この問題を解決するのを手伝ってもらって欲しいです。さもなければ、このはその機能を果たさないため、全額返金をお願いすることになります。ご理解をお願いいたします。
